A boat is not maintained by feel.
It is maintained to a plan.
Salt, damp, UV, chafing lines, batteries going flat: between two trips, nobody is looking. Y★SEA looks after and maintains your boat at Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône — regular visits, a written maintenance plan, a photo report after every single call.
The starting point
Before selling you visits, Y★SEA writes your boat its maintenance plan and maintenance log. Not a checklist copied from a template: an inventory of your own equipment, the intervals given by each manufacturer, the dates of the work actually carried out, and what comes next. It is the document that turns watching into a schedule.
Every piece of equipment, make, model, serial number, position aboard. Engines, saildrives, rigging, energy, safety, plumbing, ground tackle, electronics — and the paperwork that goes with them.
Each task carries its interval and its source: manufacturer handbook, dated invoice, or standard good practice when no handbook exists. Nothing is passed off as a rule when it is only a habit.
The plan is handed over as an Excel workbook, not as a screen you can only look at. You keep it, you open it without us, you hand it to the yard, to your insurer or to a buyer. Y★SEA keeps it up to date after every visit — and it stays with the boat whatever you decide next.
The maintenance plan I build for your boat is the one I apply to my own.

Guardiennage for a boat afloat is not the same job as winter storage ashore. So there are two lines and three length brackets — nothing else. No commitment, no season: a boat lifted out simply moves from FLOT to TERRE, with no new contract and no fee.

What is written in the contract
Outside the subscription
Some jobs cannot sensibly be lumped into a monthly fee: they depend on the size of the boat, the season, the state of the hull or the length of a delivery. They are ordered when you need them, whether you have a subscription or not.
Cleaning is charged by the metre, technical calls by the visit, skipper work by the day or by the hour. Prices depend on your boat, so they are given in a quotation before anything is done — never afterwards. Subscribers see them in their client area and approve each job in one click.
